Bobcat Season Closed Wednesday

DES MOINES – The bobcat season has reached its quota of 200 cats as of 8 a.m., Wednesday, beginning the 48 hour grace period for trappers to report any animals to a conservation officer and receive their proper tags.

November Antlerless Season Deer Licenses on Sale Nov. 15

DES MOINES – November antlerless season licenses go on sale Nov. 15, in the counties that have antlerless licenses remaining. The hunting regulations incorrectly listed the on sale date as Nov. 10. The antlerless deer only season runs Nov. 28, 29 and 30.
