Learn About Conservation and Water in the Log Cabin at the Clay County Fair

SPENCER - Young and old can learn about conservation and water while enjoying live aquatic wildlife, activities and daily programs at the log cabin at this year's Clay County Fair, Sept. 6-14.

This is a collaborative program between the Northwest Iowa County Conservation Boards and the Iowa DNR.

Naturalists and other outdoor enthusiasts will share their knowledge during daily programs at the cabin. Guest speakers include Kay Neumann from SOAR (Saving Our Avian Resources) who will be presenting a live bald eagle and peregrine falcon as well as Bill Gadient and Dave Kramer from the Outdoor Channel’s hit deer hunting reality show, “Dream Season”.
